Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Director David Rausch Joins Presidential Commission on Law Enforcement and Administration of Justice

January 2020

President Trump signed an executive order to establish the Presidential Commission on Law Enforcement and the Administration of Justice – the first commission on law enforcement in half a century. TBI Director David Rausch was selected to serve as a representative of all state law enforcement agencies. Dir. Rausch joins 17 other Commissioners who will oversee various working groups examining a wide range of topics important to ASCIA members.
Dir. Rausch was sworn into his position by Attorney General William Barr on January 22nd in a ceremony at the Department of Justice, Washington, DC.
